Facility information update

This form is for updating the Facility information on this site. Please note that ONLY locations with postcodes already mentioned on the site will be updated.

If you wish to add graphics, have more control over the layout of information you will need to register with this site, using the menu option above, and a simple word processor function will appear above the Description field. It is also possible to allow a registered individual the authority to edit facility pages direct on this site, which includes the ability to position of your location on the map. If this is required please contact the Web developer via the contact link and select the MEND program update category from the pull down menu. Also, please use the same link if you have any concerns regarding the content.

Please note that links to your main facility site will be accepted however, links to third party sites will not.
